Jeffcoat-Project-2-screenshots
In this screen shot, I began to reorganize the overlaying videos, changing which one was in the front, middle, and back, and also changing the position of them. This gives of the impression that everything is "back to normal" before the next quote is read.

These are screen shots from the quotes that I had the computer read while recording. There are six different quotes read by six different "voices". These quotes comment on the affect of technology on the world of art and how artists are using tech to create works.

SMALL LIL SUMMARY:
My video is a juxtaposition of manual art paired with computer-aided art. In the background is a screen recording from Adobe Illustrator. I blacked out what was going on in the Illustrator window. Replacing it is the videos of myself creating physical pieces. Personally, I feel there is no right way to make art-whether or not it's made by computer or by hand. There is a beauty in art. The glitchiness does however represent an unreliability of technology-like how many times has an Adobe (or any other CAD) program crashed while you were using it?
