Week 2 Response -- Troy Britts

 In this weeks discussion post, I will be talking about Kiesza's music video "Hideaway". At first I was thinking that it was a weird song but then the chorus came in and I recognized it. I had personally never seen the music video, but I thought it very cool that it was a one-shot video. As far as I could see there was not any cuts either, it was a true one shot. I think the setting of an urban environment was the perfect place for this video, I liked how all the people within the video were all wearing the same style clothing and basing it off the main character, Kiesza. The colors were bold and clean, but it was almost a dirty block they were filming at, making their outfits have a natural contrast setting.
