 Of the three artist, I enjoyed Jacolby Satterwhite's a lot. The pieces he made felt very intimate and in your face, not only because of the wild and bold graphics, but also because of the topics that he tackled. You can tell that a lot of time and thinking went into everything he produced. He also mentioned that he was greatly inspired by his late mother in multiple ways. When someone that close to you is the source of your inspiration, it almost feels like added pressure to make sure everything is just right. This was also said by artist Elliott Hundley. he includes pictures of his friends and family, which add pressure to his art. I have a great appreciation for Jacolby Satterwhite's bold statements and art decisions because they stand out.
