I uploaded multiple video clips into premiere and found a song I thought would best fit the situation of the story. I trimmed certain video clips and played around to get the music to go with the video. For example, the music was fast past and a steady rhythm at one point so I made the video have a flashing effect with the use of strobe lights.  

There were some night shots that seemed very yellow and dark so I played around to make the scene brighter and and tried to take away some of the yellow. It's not perfect but it's definitely better than what it was. There was also a bathroom scene with bright colorful lights. I wanted those to be more vibrate and saturated so I played around with some more color settings.   

As I mentioned before I used a strobe light and played around with the timing and trimming of the video clips. I tried to find a way to use a strobe light effect in premiere but I went with a more practical and old school effect with real strobe lights. The lights also gave off a purple hue at first but I went back in a change the lighting effects. 

Content/purpose: 

My video is about drug addiction and to make people more aware of it. You could also say it's about peer pressure. Like my last video with project 1 I made this video to tell a story. I try not to make my videos too literal because I always want viewers to have their own interpretation. The point of the story was about a girl who has a drug addiction and takes some unknown pills. She over doses and her friend come to help but ends up taking the pills, hallucinating a party and in the end we discover that he took the pills too instead of helping his friend.
