Week 4_Response_Garrett Joyce

    More McWreaths had my favorite video this week. This video is very chaotic and has a lot of different effects throughout it. It felt like he was watching his video and making commentary on it. I liked how he was eating different food calmly while watching these videos because it contrasts what was going on behind him. He went from talking to the camera to a voice-over several times, I think this added another layer to this video. I like how he was experimenting in this video and tells the viewer his thoughts on different clips. Even though this video is from 2016 it feels like a video made when video editing was first created. Also, the video seems all over the place, however, it repeats some of the same elements several times which brings it all together. After watching this video I am interested in trying out different ways of filming/editing my videos. One of my favorite parts of the video is when he starts to sing and the other video of him started to sing along. He was able to connect himself to the video with unique editing/effects technics. His dry sense of humor is very entertaining and was able to tie everything together very well. Overall, I think this video had many unique elements that made it stand out.
