Week 5_Response_Maya Pless

This week I am responding to Doug Aitken's Migration. It was very interesting to watch. When I watched this I first thought about animals migrating. Then I started seeing more motel shots and started to think well people "migrate" too. People who just don't like to stay in one place or those going in cross country trips, they tend to stay the night in these motels. So the video looks like the animals that migrate are getting the pleasures and comfort that humans get. I hope that makes sense. I almost thought I would see some people in the wilderness too! Now that would be a twist.
