I chose this interactive sound installation because I was instantly drawn in by the use of plants as a medium for sound. The video begins in a somewhat chaotic room, and when the leaves of a plant are touched, different sounds emerge. It then cuts to a similar installation in a stark white room; this is what particularly interested me. It made the plants the entire focal point of the installation and provided a great color contrast between the white sheets and the green of the plants. The video then walked through the behind-the-scenes process of the audio, which was really interesting to see the process and the finished product.
